We have quality standard in each manufacturing process. Base on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as work reference to achieves best quality in each process.
With our quality system, the checking from our incoming material, production, warehouse until shipping process.
To ensure our production quality meet with customers requirement, in our checking we used equipment with high performance and accuracy such as.
- Dart impact machine ( to check film strenght )
- Film property machine ( tensile, elongation and tear resistance )
- Jog test machine ( seal and handle strenght )
- Digital gauge tester ( thickness ), Etc
Our checking method refer to Japanese Standard (JIS) and America Standard (ASTM). We continuous to improve our process of production, product and service to aim customer satisfaction.
